Myrtle Beach Condo Market

Since January 1st there have been one thousand two hundred and nine condos sold in the Myrtle Beach area. However that is only nine percent of the total inventory on the market. In today's market sellers must choose an agent with a track record of closings not listings. Our team has sold over two hundred properties in the past twevle months with unique marketing efforts that most realtors don't implement. Just posting a lisiting on MLS does not work in today's market conditions. We give our sellers exposure on over three hundred websites worldwide and have a closing ratio of over ninety percent listed versus sold.
