Real Estate Technology with Ph

With many breakthroughs in technology, the world of real estate photography has developed trends in using advanced equipment and techniques that enhance photos, helping to attract more potential buyers and secure the sale of properties faster than ever. One of the existing trends in real estate photography is the integration of drones in capturing photos of properties.

Real estate drone photography has opened up a new world of possibilities in the industry. With the use of drones, real estate photographers are finally able to efficiently capture stellar aerial photos and videos, and different close up shots of both exteriors and interiors of residential and/or commercial real estate, and even large areas of land. In essence, integrating drones in real estate photography creates a wide array of shots that makes a listing stand out and more appealing to potential buyers.

Being able to deliver excellent photos that only a drone can capture gives you an edge as a real estate photographer. And with this edge, comes more opportunities for you as a photographer which is why you might want to consider jumping on this trend.

Hi Rachelle,
Drones are an excellent supplement to traditional real estate pictures. And, they have definitely enhanced the possibilities for real estate describing a property without words.  A picture is worth a thousand words but a drone picture is worth a thousand pictures.

This is a nice post and I would enjoy having a drone, but I have heard that we have to get a license in order to use them for real estate purposes.  I will have to look into this further.

Thanks for sharing, My first drone was a cheap one, so it was pretty challenging to control,  and it didn't have a camera. I proved that "you get what you pay for." Perhaps someday, I will pick it up again. For now, I will leave it to the pros.
