Keeping my head above water!
I just wanted to update everyone on my continued effort to keep my body moving and my mind in shape! Along with my morning elliptical workout I have begun to use my pool as a way to get in a little extra workout. The pool isn't really big enough to do laps, it's more like dog paddling back and forth, but every little bit helps. The only thing I have to look out for is unexpected cannonballs that my son loves to do! I was thinking of dedicating a little time in the evenings for some grownup swim time. As far as the running goes, I will be honest and say I have not kept up with it like I planned. I need to get moving on that!
