Living in a state on a continued "seemingly endless" stay at home order I am consistantly amazed at the busy-ness of my real estate business. Perhaps it is boredom breeding the desire to move? Or the fact that families actually have time to consder the option? Either way... the housing marketplace is not quiet and doesn't appear to be heading in that direction either.
One of my favorite things about real estate is helping families get "there." I love helping them put the pieces together to finally make that giant leap into a journey to bring their families home. Whether it's a bigger home, smaller home, together or apart homes, growing up and moving out homes or whatever their dream might be. And right now? There is a lot of movement in the undercurrents.
