Life as we know it has changed, radically!! Life as a Real Estate Broker/Agent has greatly changed due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus. Many States issued edicts declaring Real Estate as a non-essential business but then, reversed that edict. Business had changed. The question was "How will we, in Real Estate adapt"? The good news is...

 

We Are Open for Business, Only in a Different Way!

 

Our office holds training and meetings, virtually. Agents are consulting with clients, virtually. There have been Open Houses, virtually. Closings have been held, virtually. All I have to say is...When used properly, technology is a tremendous aid to all business and it has aided the Real Estate industry greatly. Folks in Real Estate have shown their adaptability to changing situations.

Doug, we definitely have had to adapt to our new environment.   Could not attend the closing for the listing (first one in 24 years), but parked next to my buyers in the parking lot as they signed for their purchase.    Have relocation buyers in town right now, trying to work around the no "in-person showings".
