A Few Nuggets to Avoid COVID-Weight Gain!

I had the opportunity to interview Mike Jones, Fitness & Nutrition Coach of One Body One

Mind Fitness and Co-Creator of Rhythm Rumble Workout.  Cheryl Jones is the Creator of

Rhythm Rumble Workout.  I am always looking for information to share with my agents

about more than just buying and selling real estate.  It's important to me as a Broker to see

my agents be the best version of themselves in their every day living. 

 

My best tip in this video is how Mike Jones tells us that we can do one exercise every 30

minutes and at the end of the day, we will have completed a full workout.  Make sure that

you have your some movement daily.  I also encourage parents to involve your children

without working out.  

 

I have joined the 30-day warrior challenge.  I am on day 11 and I am doing pretty good.  It's

definitely a great program for me.  The program consists of motivation, meal plans,

nutritional tips, daily work-out videos, stretches, and work-out tips.

I did join a 6 week fitness challenge 3 weeks ago too, through my hiking group 

Cairn Leadership. I do like your tip, 1 exercise every 30 minutes. That makes it effective without being too intense. Great video by the way

Jeffrey DiMuria 321.223.6253 Waves Realty It was hard for me - I really did not like working out at home but now I am fine with it..I may start working out at home moving forward and that way I can work out early in the morning without leaving the house..
