An excuse to do less or an Opportunity to get ahead?  There are really only those 2 options.

Share your take below and let's help each other out!

97% of the US economy is under a stay at home order.  According to this article by Fox, this is where all 50 states stand on reOpeneing by the Federally mentioned May 1, 2 days ago.

I share this article intertwined with another piece I read that focused on this situation being used as an excuse or a reason for people.  Are we (you) using this situation as an excuse to do less or a reason to do more?  More creative ways to keep business going?

The Coronavirus era is dividing Real Estate professionals left and right.  It is extremely interesting to me to watch as some have and are finding better and tighter ways to get things done while others are using it as an excuse to do less.  I know RE professionals that haven't stopped closing and others that just "closed".  What are you doing in your area?  Forbearance rise good or bad?  Let everyone know and let's share ideas here to help each other out with some good content!
