I share this article intertwined with another piece I read that focused on this situation being used as an excuse or a reason for people. Are we (you) using this situation as an excuse to do less or a reason to do more? More creative ways to keep business going?
The Coronavirus era is dividing Real Estate professionals left and right. It is extremely interesting to me to watch as some have and are finding better and tighter ways to get things done while others are using it as an excuse to do less. I know RE professionals that haven't stopped closing and others that just "closed". What are you doing in your area? Forbearance rise good or bad?
