Will Fear Stop The American Dream ?

The Pilgrims landed at Plymouth Rock in 1620. This year, 2020, is the 400th anniversary of their arrival aboard the Mayflower.  I hope by Thanksgiving the pandemic situation will be much improved and we will give thanks for what we have and for what we have learned.

The sheer grit and determination of those who have immigrated to the US is inspiring!  We truly offer the land of opportunity, despite setbacks.

Fearless people learn to adapt to their challenges because they are confident, persistent and willing to make sacrifices to achieve their goals and objectives. Fearless people are self reliant and driven by their accomplishments, one step at a time.

It's a fact that 90% of all millionaires achieved their wealth from real estate, so, it takes courage to buy real estate, therefore, IMO,  there will always be a market for real estate.

Fear often replaces common sense and it is sad to see.  When I hear people talk these days it is easier to believe they are lying than telling the truth, haha.

Thanks for posting a good reminder for all Americans. "All throughout American History, our Country was shaped by people of great Courage"... we should all keep the FAITH!

I think many more people are understanding this more than ever. America is still the Land of Opportunity and will always be!

I am not fearful. We live in the greatest country on the earth, and I know who is really in charge! I believe God will continue to bless our great nation. 

Hi Michael J. Perry - the dream has been achieved by those who overcame fear and pushed forward.

Michael, our Country cannot be based on fear, we all need to forge forward and if buying or selling a home is in the future, do it! 

In the majority of cases, I don't see fear being the driving force behind potential buyers not seeking homeownership, Michael J. Perry ... unless it's the fear of hearing "no" ... either to their having the capability/credit to buy ... or "no" to the price of home they wish they could afford.  It still typically boils down to a financial decision, ability to buy, paired with reality.
