Selling Virtually "During These Difficult Times" 2020 COVID is easy!
I don't know about you but I will be glad to never hear "During These Difficult Times" or "Shelter in Place" again! The reality is people are still having to move for jobs, retirement or many other reasons. We all are trying to find ways to help our clients that need housing but can't obtain it the conventional way of driving around viewing the homes in person.
I have a client who obtained a job position here in Texas and was ready to fly down but then all the "Shelter in Place" happened! They couldn't get a flight and decided they should stay home. Trouble is they still needed a place and that is where I came in!
They had been looking online so we already knew the areas they were interested in. I became their eyes and ears on the ground! This is really easy to do with videos and virtual tours. I took many still pictures and sent to them too.
Here is how it worked:
- I viewed the homes they liked using Google Duo.
- Google Duo allows me to talk to them and video at the same time!
- I took still pictures of the schools
- I took still pictures of the amenities
- Everyone needs to know Buccee's gas prices !
- All parties signed all the documents online.
- They are even going to close virtually with the Title Company!
