Wordless Wednesday: Pink Roses

 

I always enjoy the flowers where I live, especially when out walking in our neighborhood or when out showing property.

Right now having the shelter-in-place means a walk, and the flowers are even more meaningful. And with the gorgeous weather we are experiencing right now - mid 70s, bright sun, blue sky - things are even better.

 

We have some neighbors that have particularly beautiful gardens and no matter what time of year there is beauty to behold. And we did on our walk yesterday - they are sort of a lavender pink! Roses bloom here for many months, unlike what we enjoyed in New England, and I never tire of them, especially when some people can grow such beautiful ones!

Hi Jeff- that is the prettiest pink I've seen!!!  I've seen some pretty flowers on our walks but it has been so overcast the photos never came out like yours.

Pink again, Jeff! As you know... I love it. Pink roses are amongst my favorite flowers. Unlike Brian England it is my favorite color! I just don't know what Brian is thinking! :)

Jeff most of my flowers have bloomed, but it is still a little early for the roses, but once they start, they bloom for months.

Hi Sharon Lee  They are a favorite of mine, although there are plenty others I like. We had lots of of roses in New England although critters used to chomp on them.
