
Because, we both are great in the kitchen, we have not availed ourselves of take out meals, or prepared ingredients type of fare. However we recently made two meals that we felt required a touch of guacamole to give it that extra zing! Our avocados needed a couple of days to ripen.
We walked down to our local Mexican restaurant where we picked up a half of pint of guacamole. They have the best guacamole in Carpinteria. They are also selling all kinds of staples they use in their cooking as well as their extra large restaurant TP.
You can glance at their bar menu in the photo, and I was drawn to the Patron Margarita to go in a Mason jar, as well as a Margarita kit! Both times, we left a tip, just because we appreciate that they are here and have found a way to still make money, and survive...
