How do you know?

How do you know the real estate professional you picked can market your home correctly? One way is to look at how they market themselves. The process of selling a home a real estate professional uses can be one where they stick a sign in the yard and hope for the best, or work to put your property in front of the most potential buyers as possible.

The first method can and does work. Ina strong sellers market, we see homes under contract in a matter of hours, without much marketing. However, even in those times of multiple buyers making offers on homes, you should still want as many potential buyers to see your home, as this will increase the probability of receiving the best possible deal for you.

The second method, in my opinion, works best, always. No matter how hot the housing market is, we at den Boer Homes strive to put our listings out into the public as fast as possible and with as wide a net as possible to catch the greatest number of buyers.

Check out our link to our personal branding brochure. This digital version even has a video attached. This is just one of many ways we market ourselves to the public. We have even more ways we can market your home for sale. Call us today to find out more.

Hello Peter,  Bothe excellent points to see about other Realtors.  I know of some that put a flyer box out and once it empty it stays empty
