April has seen a flood of new listings in Hubbard Woods. I had predicted that this would happen after the shelter-at-home ended, but it seems that sellers are not waiting. Just one home being offered is listed under $1 million.
Buyers are out there, just not in great numbers and that may not change until we are freer to move about.
