Yesterday, Denise emailed this comment to all of the agents of Pareto Realty.
“Congrats everyone! A lot of Paretozoans are doing business. I haven’t heard from other companies doing as much!”
She’s right on!
I’ve been talking with a LOT of Principal Brokers EVERY day.
I do this because I don’t want some aberrant trend to shift and miss out on an opportunity for us.
Our Pareto Realty Culture is one “DOING” whatever it takes to serve as many home Buyers and Sellers throughout Middle Tennessee even when it’d be easier (and safer) to stay on the couch.
THIS is what differentiates us from most others. We are better than 80/20
My suspicion is that less than @ 5% of the Realtors in Middle Tennessee are intentionally doing business every day. Not that you need it, but this is one of the reasons I email all Y’all EVERY working day.
We must keep on doing – Pandemic or not, our clients need us to be on our game.
and YOU are stepping up . . . Keep on with talking to all of your loyal Sphere of Influence – Remember – These are “Wellness Check-ins” . . .
I’m not being melodramatic when I say that you could literally save lives while doing these calls. So many people are overwhelmed, bored, obsessing about the lurking DANGER, experiencing heart ache/break as friends and family and acquaintances deal with this FEAR, ANXIETY, boredom, isolation, loneliness.
Perhaps they know people who are critically ill or recently deceased . . . Feelings of helplessness may lead to depression and thoughts of suicide. Every day, I hear of people choosing to “check out”.
So . . . Today’s message is two-fold . . .
Take care of yourself FIRST such that you can then do this most charitable thing needed these days . . . reach out to other people to help them know that they are not alone and that this, too, will pass.
As is often the case, Seth Godin published a very apropos blog post today . . . This is the same kick in the Ass I gave myself last night
