Hi Tim... defnitely could be smart to buy today. Sadly, as I speak with my own buyers, they are just not willing to buy from virtual tours and photos... they've chosen to wait.

I think it is a good time to buy..I have a client that signed a contract without seeing the property-inspection is today..He did advise inspector that if he does not like inside then we can't move forward...but if he likes it, then inspector will inspect the property..
