Rundown of April 2020 Market Report for CT First-Time Home Buyers

Of the Five Towns in Hartford and Tolland Counties, only Manchester displayed a decrease in sales volume in March 2020 compared to the previous month performance. Bolton CT sales volume remained the same for March and February.

Manchester CT Sold Single Family Homes in March 2020

  •  Units Sold: 32. Last Month: 39.⬇ by 7 units
  • Average Sale Price is $224,727 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and average square feet of 1,608. ⬆ by $25,725
  • Median Sale Price is $216,500 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and median square feet of 1,491. ⬆ by $31, 600
  • Most Expensive Sold Home is $420,000 with 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms and 2,303 square feet of living space. It closed price is the list price.
  • Least Expensive Sold Home is $106,000 with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1,143 square feet of living space. It is sold for $24,000 less than the asking price.

 

Glastonbury CT Sold Single Family Homes in March 2020

  • 23 Single Family Homes. 21 Last Month. ⬆ by 2 units
  • Average Sold Price is $383,341 with 2,387 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
  • Median Sold Price is $344,000 with 2,026 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
  • Most Expensive Sold Home is $740,000 with total square feet of 6,451, 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 2 partial bathrooms. List Price was $765,000. ⬇ by $25,000.
  • Least Expensive Sold Home is $175,000 with 1,590 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. List Price was $180,000. ⬇ by $5,000.


Bolton CT Sold Single Family Homes in March 2020.

  • 3 Single Family were sold last month. And 3 homes in February.
  • Average Sold Price is $197,467 with total living space of 1,690 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
  • Median Sold Price is $145,000 with total living space of 1,310 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
  • Most Expensive Home Sold Price is $325,000 with total living space of 3,313 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. List Price is $339,000. Closed Price is $14,900 less than the asking price.
  • Least Expensive Home Sold Price is $122,400 with total living space of 1,310 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. List Price is $129,900. Closed Price is $7,500 less than the asking price.

Coventry CT Sold Single Family Home in March 2020

  • 12 Homes. 5 Homes in February. ⬆ by 11 Units
  • Average Sale Price is $241,317 with 1,581 total square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
  • Median Sale Price is $243,450 with 1,512 total square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
  • Most Expensive Sale Price is $420,000 with 1,785 total square feet, 4 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. List Price is $429,900. A reduction of $9,900 in asking price. This is is a lakefront property that is why the market value is at least $150K more than non-waterfront properties
  • Least Expensive Sale Price is $66,500 with 1,610 total square feet, 2 bedroom and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. List price is $69.900. Sold at $3400 less than the Asking Price.

Vernon CT Sold Single Family Homes in March 2020

  • 25 Units Sold in March. 8 Units Sold in February. ⬆ by 17 Units
  • Average Sale Price is $192,961 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and average square feet of 1,662
  • Median Sale Price is $200,000 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and median square feet of 1,504
  • Most Expensive Sold Home is $290,000 with 4 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 bathrooms and 2,730 square feet of living space. List Price is $298,900. Sold Price is $8,900 less than the asking price.
  • Least Expensive Sold Home is $85,160 with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,614 square feet of living space. List Price is $90,000. Sold Price is $4,840 Less than the Asking Price.
