YouTube Thursdays - April 30, 2020

Active Rain member, Elisa Uribe Realtor #01427070, caught our attention last week when she mentioned her IGTV series, "The Human Side of Real Estate." Elisa uploads a video each week, and they are entertaining and/or informative.
For example, we watched an informative video about forgiveness and forbearance, in terms of loans. A timely topic too, considering what some homeowners are facing due to financial changes due to the current shutdown.
We really enjoyed watching a video of Elisa in her backyard picking mint. She tells us some of the mint with go in her coffee and tea, some in a mojito, and some in a mexican meatball soup. It's fun to get to know more about her.
If you are considering using Instagram, or are already an Instagram user, you might want to explore IGTV. Keep in mind, videos must be at least one minute long. They also need to be in the MP4 file format. Here's a link for more information.
Having a variety of videos is a good idea regardless of where you post them. And, showing the human side of real estate, and you, makes good sense. Well done Elisa!
A Dose of Nature As Neighbors
Here's a quick video we wanted to share with you showing the activity at our hummingbird feeder. They have been a joy to watch this month. As more plants blossom in the coming weeks, visits should slow down. Right now, we refill the feeder every other day.
