Wow, what a time we're living in, right? I've been in this business for over 23 years and
have ridden out several ups and downs during those years, but they weren't exactly like this ride. This one is like riding an old, wooden roller coaster. You know how that first dip was a loo-loo? You sucked in your breath while your white knuckles were gripping that safetly bar in front of you. Then, at the bottom of the dip, you exaled. Keep in mind, this ride will end and we'll pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and continue on.
In Lake Arrowhead I'm seeing prices staying fairly close to where they were before "COVID19" popped up and "Stay at Home" orders began in March (3/19/2020). I thought I'd share our local real estate market figures (right now) to give you an idea of our current listings and where prices stand.
Before I give you our latest market report, know that buyers are still looking for homes and sellers are listing (though inventory is low). We have strict COVID19 guidelines and disclosures that must be signed before accessing a home to preview, or listing your home. Realtors and buyers previewing homes must wear booties, masks and gloves. All that said, we can safely list your home and get it SOLD.
