The future is uncertain due to the pandemic and home sales in California will most likely fall due to the corona-virus. However, home prices may stay at or near current values or even rise due to significantly lower interest rates. Stock prices and economic uncertainty is a cloud hanging over all of us. Our hope is for a V or U-Shaped-Recovery. Each day, week and month ahead will inevitably lead to significant changes. People returning to work, stay at home order ending and returning to a more normal and stable life will give all of us much needed consumer confidence. Our schools reopening will take off the stress from all of our neighbors.
