Looking towards the future, Tony & Dani Lewis Summit Real Estate Group

Real Estate Agent with Summit Real Estate Group BRE# 01215778

Friends, Family & Clients,

The future is uncertain due to the pandemic and home sales in California will most likely fall due to the corona-virus. However, home prices may stay at or near current values or even rise due to significantly lower interest rates. Stock prices and economic uncertainty is a cloud hanging over all of us. Our hope is for a V or U-Shaped-Recovery. Each day, week and month ahead will inevitably lead to significant changes. People returning to work, stay at home order ending and returning to a more normal and stable life will give all of us much needed consumer confidence. Our schools reopening will take off the stress from all of our neighbors.

Dani & I are still busy assisting our clients with any and all of their real estate needs. We remain on call to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Homes are being listed daily and selling regularly so if you would like to list your home or find a new one this might be the perfect time.

Thinking of listing, work with your trusted neighbors, Tony & Dani Lewis

Dani & I have just received a notice that our local Paseo Tennis Club will be reopening on May 16th. Let's hope this remains true as thing change so often.

Take care of yourselves and your family. We look forward to an incredible future together.
