May 4th- Daily Devotional- Picture the Good God Has For You

Matthew 7:11

“If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask them.”

Being a child of God has its benefits. If you were taught it was a burden to follow God remember the new covenant with Christ took that away. Jesus died to remove that separation.  The evil or sin that people often do now, is the evil of wrong thinking.  NOT believing in Gods best. Worrying, doubting, fearing that our troubles will overtake us and something less then Gods best will happen.  Do you believe? Can you conceive the good God has for you?  Start now by picturing a desire that is on your heart…what is it?

Close your eyes and picture it.  Feel it as part of you.  If it works better to write it out and describe it do that.  See it!  Feel it!  Affirm it!  Speak!  GOD THANK YOU THAT THIS DESIRE IS REAL AND IS A GOOD GIFT FROM YOU!  As you continue to picture, feel and speak your desires remember to ask God for those good gifts and follow the guidance you get on seeing them come true!
