Good morning, Bob Crane I'm a creature of habit.... and I have a routine everyday for working; exercising throughout the day (3 times) and preparing healthy food to eat.... the rest depends on the weather....

Hello Bob - there is much where we have control.  Concentrate on those positive aspects.

Bob, I always did have a routine, and live by myself, so unless I was showing or listing, did not run around too much.

Bob Crane Great post. Thanks for sharing some ideas about routine. I am suited to  work from home more than in the office.   I do find I am working more than I usually do.

I like  Will Hamm  's idea of working from 7-2....

wow... Barbara Todaro working out 3x's - amazing

Great post, Bob! I am a work-from-home person. I don't do well at the water cooler! I can get 10 times the work done by not hanging out with the cheerleaders and the complainers! LOL

Love the "you're not hungry, you're bored." That is priceless!

Morning Bob.

We were considered essential, so we were not in a shelter and place rule.  Business has slowed, but not enough to have one panic

Only six pounds so far..........  It's not the fruit and veggies, it's what you eat with them.  I'm in for Greek Yogurt!

Hi Bob:

There's lots of great advice here. I already work at home and have for years so the adjustment has not been too bad. We eat oretty well anyhow, it just seems like we may be doing more of that, and getting a bit less exercise.

Jeff

I feel fortunate that I am not alone at home!  I am sticking to a routine which is important, especially now.  And I am very aware of what I'm eating--avoiding grazing and trying to stick to mostly healthy meals.  During this time, easy to crave comfort food!

I don't really know the exact date this corona virus brought us to social distancing, but since mid- March, I've lost about 7 pounds. I think being home makes me work a little more outside because I don't have to commute and get more work done alone vs. going into the office, as previous comments state.

Great list of things to think about.  Working from home for the last 15 years makes this a non-issue; however, all the other changes play a roll.  Zoom meetings and classes daily and keeping up with what is playing where has been interesting!
