Fly overs

By
Real Estate Agent with Atlanta Communities 303302

We had the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels fly over Atlanta this weekend. It was truly a sight to see. 2 tight formations of 6 planes each and a chase plane following zoomed around the metro area Saturday early afternoon. Thousands of people stopped their cars in the road to gawk at the high fliers who overflew the local hospitals to the roar of jet engines.

This was really fun, but I would not want this every day. When buyers buy a home they are usually hyper focused on the home itself. They rarely look around the area to see what is there. We have several small regional airports in the area where small planes takeoff and land, and if you are under one of these flight paths you could be listening to the putt-putt of engine sounds every few minutes.

So, I seem to have successfully connected the cool fly over from this weekend to a Real Estate topic! If you are looking for a home in the area and either want to be or don't want to be around planes, give us a call. When can help you land somewhere you will love.

Hello Peter - the "big picture" is important.  In real estate and elsewhere.

I love to see and hear flyovers. That's not going to happen where I am now!

I had always wanted to be a jet fighter pilot but the good Lord had other plans. The Thunderbirds and Blue Angels are a site to see Peter den Boer

An actor  friend of ours played the part of the Blue Angels in a TV series.  He actually trained with them, and love being with them in person...In real estate this would not work.  A

Hi Peter- we just learned today that Texas will get a flyover this Wednesday. I am so excited and so is my husband, Larry, who flew F-4s.
