For many years my husband and I always dreamed of being able to relocate from the hussle and bussle of busy Southern CA selling Real Estate to a more tranquil and easy going lifestyle of a less conjested town or even state. We tossed around the idea of getting dual license in TN or maybe NC but just never could figure out the balancing act of keeping that income coming in while making a transition. Our industry just doesn't have an exit strategy so we had to come up with our own :)
So almost three years ago we went on a mission. We identified a solution. We sold everything and took our business on the road. We now travel in our beautiful 40' Tiffin model diesel pusher. We have everything we need. Spacious interior, residential stainless steel fridge, washer and dryer, 4 TV's and ofcouse everything we need to run our business. The beuatiful thing is our yard is now a beautiful park setting in new places and meeting new people everywhere we go. We have a full office set up inside our coach so we can work by day but can take nature hikes, ride our bikes or just breath in the fresh air.
While So CA is our home base and pre - COVID 19 we had trips planned to WI, IL and MI this summer and the fall we will be in LV and Northern CA. W'll just have to see how that plays out but in the meantime we are hunkered down in a beautiful park with walking & bike trails, trees and lakes....Not so bad :)
So how do we do what we are doing and keep our business up and running? We are able to sell real estate no matter where we are located by building a huge referral network of agents. So if we happen to be out of the area or we have business in another state we can simply refer the business Not to mention In these uncertain times it has really been a blessing. out. It truly is a dream we never thought possible.
