On May 5, 2020, Molly Boesel of CoreLogic reported that nationwide home prices including distressed sales increased 4.5% from March of 2019; while predicted to rise 0.5% to March of 2021. The lowest price tier home prices rose the most with a gain of 6.0% in March 2020 from March 2019.
State of Idaho had the highest price increase with a gain of 11.7% in March of 2020, from March of 2019.
This is an indication that real estate values slowly increasing perhaps stabilizing.
