Come to the Mountains of SC!

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Greenville Central

Ok everyone's talking about down markets...Folks there's no such thing as a down market. It's either a buyers market or a sellers market! Ok so this is a buyers market. So if you're looking to buy, you've picked the ideal time. Prices are comparable to 2004! If Wal-Mart can roll back prices well the real estate market has done the same. Mountain and farm properties are especially rocking right now as land prices drop. This is the time to buy a home in the Upstate of SC. Thousands cheaper than NC just minutes away and incredible views and homes with beaucoups of land for extremely reasonable prices. If you're looking in Travelers Rest, Pickens, Sunset, the Cliffs Communities, Taylors or Greer, email me and we'll get you into the next best thing in gorgeous Northern Greenville, SC. Welcome to ActiveRain, Holly, from a fellow KW agent in Las Vegas! Really like that you said "there's no such thing as a down market." Every market has its opportunities if we just know where to look, and you've given us a lot of SC options to consider.

Mountain Land for Sale...But a Day off for this REALTOR

Ok we all know how great we are! It's sad that so many have a negative opinion of us even going so far as to blame us for the state of the housing market. Yeah and we can blame Bush for the levies breaking in Iowa too. Please keep those folks in your prayers!

On the upside. It's the weekend, the mountains are gorgeous and I'm going for a ride with my favorite clients..my husband and son. A much needed day off from Real Estatate.

But on the flip side, if anyone knows a developer that might want to add to the mix here in the upstate, I have a private seller offering up 150 acres of prime land here in Travelers Rest for 18K per acre..that's a steal and I wish I had a million dollars to buy it myself. So any of you with connections to builders or devleopers, don't hesitate to contact me at holly@connierice.com.

Have a gorgeous and blessed Saturday and dont' forget

FATHERS DAY IS TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
