Our area and yours seem to be behaving in a similar fashion. We have similar restrictions in showing properties. Our high end (3M and over in SF) is seeing price reductions, with some great opportunities for buyers. What I term "bread and butter homes" see the strong market continue, especially on the Peninsula and the Silicon Valley.
