We seem to take these normal everyday life staples for granted. We get so use to having them around and of course open it's hard not too. It just becomes a way of life. While we are probably always grateful for them, it is times like this when we realize just how grateful we are for those little places.
Across the nation many things are closed due to the pandemic. I am so grateful for some of the small and large restaurants that have either stayed open or are currently opening. Even one take out meal a week has seemed like a life saver. This shelter in place has made so many of us tired and you would think we would have all the time in the world to nap!
Today, I am thankful for both the big and the small things because they make such a difference in our life and our community here in Lake Arrowhead!

Thankful for new business coming to Lake Arrowhead like Jetties that is opening dockside!
Thankful for The Grill at Antlers Inn for amazing take out meals!

And of course so thankful to places like Hortencias at the Cliffhanger, La Casita Mexican Restaurant for still bringing us Taco Tuesday along with Crestline Cafe and so many others!
