I guess I will dive right in! This is my first attempt at posting a blog. I gues you can tell, Huh.
I live and work in central North Carolina, Wake, Durham,Orange and Chatham Counties are mainly where I practice.
This area in fairly well insulated from the economic ups and downs of other areas of the state because of The Universities located here, UNC,NCState, Duke and NC Central. We also have the Research Triangle Park which drives a lot of research and pharma companies to locate here. So we have a fairly constant turnover in the housing market here.
Come for a visit and maybe you will end up staying a spell.
