Always try to get a competent one, irrespective of the price!

With so many new inspectors in the area in the last few years all claiming to be the best, yet usually have little training and experience and some long time franchise or small business owners selling to new inspectors, it makes it harder to find the seasoned veteran inspector that will usually provide the best inspection for a buyer.
