May 11, 2020 - Recent SOLD by TeamConnect Realty

Hi Everyone!  I rarely post our TeamConnect Realty business. However, 
we have been pleasantly busy so far in 2020 and I thought I would share a
our last closing.  Thought you might like to see our TeamConnect Realty's
Broker/Owners.  As some of you know I have nine children -- 4 sons and
5 daughters.  You usually tell me I need to add a bit more info to my posts.
Well here it is: Robert Schott is one of my sons and Paula Hemani, one of
my daughters. The May 11th Sold was one of their many sales. And this is
one of our TeamConnect Mailers.

Mail three ways: 

Stamped - most expensive - 

Bulk - office has bulk permit 28 cents each

EDDM - EveryDoor Direct Mailers are bulk.  The post office has a site where you can register for free and search the postman routes.   Best value about 20 cents per Mailer but keep in mind the post man just delivers one to every person on his route.  Sometimes a postman will only do half a community and jump into another community so you could have a specific community flyer going out to two different subdivisions.

     There are many ways to market, there are times we send out try-folds because they come across more as neighborhood informational flyers rather than advertising.  And then sometimes we send out full-size postcards.   TeamConnect Realty feels the combination of both have value.  With the postcards we are careful not to just clip and paste but rather make it look like the photo. 
       The 8.5"x 11" Mailer is printed in our office.
