Catherine Ulrey I used to see nothing but brick in the city, in CT & in NY. In the suburbs I see a lot less brick construction in residential, it's usually high end. I love brick, grew up in a brick house. 

George Souto would know, my fellow Connecticut Rainer. The day we listed it, it was beautiful out. My partner Laura was with me. I was really hoping to spend some time down there after the appointment but schedule was not permitting. Will have to return soon.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment Michael Jacobs . People love these Garden Apartments because they offer a quiet park like atmosphere without giving up city life. They're also about an hour from NYC. 

Thank you Bob Crane, I really do like the aspect of city living. This Coop's so close to everything you could stop by the Beach in the morning, see a Baseball game at Harbor Yard in the afternoon & eat at any of the eclectic restaurants or pubs on the strip at night.  Great area.
