Great tips!  There are so many webinars, zoom meeting and Google meet ups going on right now, what a great time to revamp our skills and knowledge!

I am a positive person and actually quite busy at the moment work wise.  It is unsettling to go out so much and meet with customers, tour houses, even though I am so very careful re: precautions.  That's what is scary--but I don't watch the news all the time, it's too much.

What sensible and good suggestions. Not a big watcher of the news, and i definitely breathe and meditate, so I think my positivity is helping and have been working on my website this past week, and have to catch up on a couple of podcasts. So, sounds like I am doing the right things. Have a great weekend.

I have definitely moved away from watching the news, and I don't miss it. These are some great suggestions, and focusing on what is positive is important. And for me staying in touch with friends and family is key.

Hello, Rich Gaasenbeek. Thank you for the great suggestions. I agree, it's important to take care of your mental health and sometimes it means taking a break from negative news.
