I cannot believe the low price of this lovely home for sale in Enterprise AL !  Our lowest priced condos in Mesquite sell for more than that!  Good luck with it!  I am sure you will find someone who wants to buy a home in Enterprise AL and will jump on it.

Wow what a deal!  You would never see such a cute house like this one for that price in S. CA! 

FYI - Not that your asking........but as a home stager I would love to see some simple landscaping outside.  A few bushes to soften the brick and a pop of color with some annuals.  :)

Janice:  Thank you for the helpful hints.  I am actually going to go visit the home today and maybe I will stop my Lowes and get a pre-planted flower pot for out front.  The home does need some more attention.  Would you just actually potted plantes or in the ground plants?  One or two?  Where would you suggest I place them?  Thank you again for bringing this to my attention!

Marie:  Now if I can get it sold.  I will have to post the new pictures up.  We got some flowers for the front as Janice had suggested.  It made an impact against the brick as she had noted.   Yes, similar to Augusta, GA.
