I live in the Val Vista Baseline Area myself and I have always enjoyed how friendly the people are the affordability of the homes and the fact that everything is nearby.Ā Trendy Downtown Gilbert is a 5-minute drive away, Old Town Scottsdale is only a 15-minute drive away, and Downtown Phoenix is only a half-hour drive away.Ā Going to the airport, both Sky Harbor and Gateway are a 20-minute drive away or less.Ā Some of my favorite restaurants in the area are MAD Greens, Nando's, Casanova Brothers, Cafe Zupas, Costa Vida, Sauce, and Thai Chili.Ā Need groceries?Ā There are 3 stores within walking distance so you can visit Fry's, Safeway, or AJ's Fine Foods.Ā Want to go on a hike, there are amazing hikes in the Superstition Mountains which are within a 15-minute drive, so if you want to go on with me, let me know.Ā Tennis anyone?Ā I am an active tennis player and would welcome a match or showing a beginner how to play.Ā I don't plan on moving from the area nor helping people with their Real Estate needs, so please always feel free to call upon me should you have any questions about this amazing area in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area.Ā Have questions about Real Estate, I would be happy to treat you to a drink and answer any and all questions you have without any obligation being expected from you.
