Fairmont Plaza Pet Policy
Fairmont Plaza welcomes pets! Pets are warmly welcomed at the Fairmont Plaza condos. Can you imagine how much fun you will have walking your pet in downtown Bethesda - picking up your coffee at the Starbucks, bagels at Bethesda Bagel, or stopping by the Amazon bookstore on Betheda Avenue to get the newest best seller? Be sure to check out Bone Jour, a great little pet store and groomer located on Del Ray in the Woodmont Triangle! Living in Downtown Bethesda
Step outside the Fairmont Plaza and there are at least thirty restaurants within two blocks of your condo! Do you want mussels at the Mussel Bar? or sushi at Raku? Looking for a good hamburger? We have Five Guys on Bethesda Avenue for a quick bite. Try Nando Peri or Sweetgreen. There are lots of choices. In the summer, diners spill out onto the sidewalk tables, and in the winter the trees are wrapped in little white lights. It is an elegant version of small town USA. If you don't want to eat out, there is a Harris Teeter, a Giant and a Trader Joe's within four blocks!
After all this food talk, you may be thinking exercise! There are four or five great gyms just a few steps away - Equinox, Cross Fit, Bethesda Sport and Health, Fitness First, and Irons Fitness. Yoga studios abound too - like Down Dog - and there seems to be a war going on with spin! There is a Zengo studio, Soul Cycle and Pure Ryde too!
Movies? We have the Bethesda Row cinema, which is perfect for indie films. I particularly like Bethesda Row because they serve great wine and mixed drinks in the theater!
Don't worry about culture - we have that too! You are just a short walk to the Round House Theater and the Children's Imagination Stage! The library is four blocks in another direction.
Our biggest big box store is Anthropologie, which replaced the much missed Barnes and Noble. Otherwise, Bethesda is defined by small stores like Francesca's, Dry Bar, McLaughlin's, Blue Mercury, and Georgetown Cupcake. We have an Apple Store and a Lululemon, but even our chain stores tend to be small scale.
