· In a recent study by realtor.com, homeowners noted some of the main things they would change about their homes to make them more livable.
· Not surprisingly, more space, an updated kitchen, and a home gym rose to the top of the list.
· If you’re thinking of selling this year, having these items in your listing might make your house more desirable than ever to potential buyers. I would second that, open space and natural light are in high demand. Sometimes I observe buyers while looking a homes. They can't always identify the reason, but they prefer the lighter, brighter homes over the dark, enclosed ones.

Mahalo Catherine, Absolutely, nothing like a natural light from first impression to live in. Especially today when we spend so much time in the home. It can make whirlwind of a difference from well being all the way to bringing value of the home. :-)
