As we arrive at the week before Memorial Day, Some parts of life are getting back to normal here in NH. We saw a 50% increase in listing last week. Pending sales are increasing and sales are closing. The Real Estate market in the Manchester NH area continues to improve. We are seeing more sellers ready to sell. More new homes come on the market and more buyers ready to take advantage of the ultra low interest rates. Many people are asking about values and i can say values are staying strong. Let me show you there is a difference from one Realtor to another and your choice of who you hire does make a difference.   

 

We have pre-cautions in place and discuss everything with you up front. All open houses are canceled We ask buyer to review our virtual tours before setting up a showing. We ask buyers to drive by properties before setting up a showing. We ask buyer be pre-qualified before setting up showings. Nearly all sellers are asking buyers to bring and wear clean gloves and bring and wear a clean mask when viewing the property. Sellers are also asking the buyers please do not leave those gloves and masks on their property.

  • There are 248 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SOLD 1/1/20 TO May 18, 2020: The average SALE PRICE is $258,562 The average DAYS ON MARKET is 47.
