I have done over 100 podcasts talking on the subject of real estate marketing. I have been honing my skill set focused on residential real estate for 13 years. You would think I had heard it all or done it all in terms of marketing strategies that really "move the needle". 


If you agreed with me you would be wrong. As I was. I've had a little extra time lately **cough COVID cough** and decided to go through all of the show notes for a podcast on real estate marketing I have been co-hosting for almost 2 years. 


I discovered that on average once every 15 shows a guest comes on that give what you could call "game-changing" advice. Here are a few examples. 


  • Text messaging trick that will get 85% of new leads to respond to you on the first try. 


  • Goal setting trick that the majority of the top 1% of real estate agents or brokers use that most of their fellow professionals do not. 


  • The exact methods one agent uses to generate 75-100 sales off YouTube. WITHOUT advertising dollars. 


Once I went back and REALLY looked at what information had been shared with us on our real estate podcast I realized I could make a mint marketing any one of these individual pieces of information. I know guys that have done something similar with far less valuable information. 


So I created a blog post called :

I pull back the curtain and get rid of the fluff spending time talking about ONLY the stuff that would change your career tomorrow if you let it. 


Now here's another thing I realized. I went back and took a look at the GUESTS who gave out this information. Guess what? 


FIVE of them are in the top 1% off all agents and/or brokers in the U.S. 


ONE is/has been a C level executive for two of the biggest names in real estate. 


The final one WAS a top 1% real estate agent or broker from the time he was 19 and now coaches some of the best real estate teams in the world. 


In other words, very single one of these agents or brokers sharing the information is actually were most agents or brokers want to be. At the very very tippy top of their markets
