Nerdin Gardens: Speaking Fluent Gardenese
Wanda provides a very clever play on words with her mastery of Gardenese.... she does speak it fluently.
Nerdin Gardens: Speaking Fluent Gardenese
As we begin to see the fruits (and vegetables) of our labor of love, this past post comes to mind. I giggle like a little girl when reading it and anyone who knows me, understands the enjoyment of playing with words.
So, here it is the redux for your reading pleasure!
Nerdin Gardens Humor: A turnip ahead.
The Gourd-en Jester showed up today at Nerdin Gardens and we all had a nice thyme. The cucumber said, “I’m kind of a big dill.”
A plumber arrived because I found a leek, he didn’t carrot all and left because he had to pea. No one got steamed.
Rosemary creeped in and the grapes hung out singing Morning Glory. Arti-choked on a joke and herb wet his plants!
I said turnip up the beet, as I danced on my to-ma-toes, careful not to squash the seedlings. I’ve never bean around such funji dirt worshippers.
Can I get a kale yeah?!
The corn did not tell secrets because of too many ears. And before the Jester left, he asked for directions and before he took leave, I told him there was a turnip ahead and he said, “Lettuce romaine friends forever.”
