Sacramento County Listing and Sales Statistics for April 2020

Sacramento County experienced a -25.8% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in April 2020 vs. the same month a year ago.  For the same period there was a -35.8% decrease in the percentage of homes SOLD.  Pending sales decreased -30.2%.  
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. It's a GREAT time to buy for those who are finding suitable homes!

Wow, there were so many more homes for sale at the same time last year. That can explain why the number of sold homes was higher last year.
