We have notice lately some agent really get flustered when an unknown situation turns up. The one thing that is certain in real estate is,........ that nothing is certain! So be prepared for the unknown to come visiting eventually. And be prepared to help resolve issues.

What are some things that can go wrong on a real estate Transaction?

 We are starting a list right here and now. Send your item of what can go wrong and we'll add it to the runningl list!  Be realistic.:)

  • The survey
  • The appraisal
  • Liens and judgements
  • The mortgage

Great topic. One thing besides what you mentioned that I can think of is an agents body language or facial reaction when showing something they havent seen before, are not comfortable with, or simply do not like personally. This can offend a client during a listing presentation, and any chance of a transaction is gone.
