Seek and Ye Shall Find-May 24 is National Scavenger Hunt Day money in red envelope image

Who doesn't love finding treasure? That's what a scavenger hunt feels like-a group of friends searching for random items in the hopes of winning a prize at the end.

During the time of COVID-19 AKA SARS-2, treasure looks very different than last year.

Rather than finding money or new leads for business, many people have been on daily "scavenger hunts" since the Shelter-In-Place" order of March 17 in Silicon Valley for necessities such as masks, hand sanitizer, antibacterial wipes and toilet paper.

This May 24, on National Scavenger Hunt Day, "may the odds be ever in your favor" in locating today's treasures.

Hi Michelle, We used to have Scavenger Hunts quite often when our children were young.  Now that they are all grown, we haven't had any.  As far as hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes - we're totally in that scavenger hunt.  Nothing like that has surfaced here.  We do have masks and toilet paper.

Morning Michelle.

Haven't been on a scavenger hunt in such a long-long time. Pity
