Glenstone is still closed

 

We received this email from Glenstone, the wonderful contemporary art museum located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

You have a reservation for Glenstone on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 10:30 AM. 

 

For the safety of our visitors and staff, and in compliance with the State of Maryland's directive to close non-essential places of public gathering, Glenstone Museum is temporarily closed to the public until further notice. This includes the grounds of Glenstone as well.

We hope everyone remains safe and healthy during these challenging times. 
 
You might not be familiar with the Glenstone Museum. The grounds are extensive, the buildings are beautiful and the art displays are world class. Click on the link to explore their website. Visitors are limited and must make advance reservations on the website.

Smart that this museum notified you by email that they are temporary closed. It's a good reminder. Also, with the scheduling feature on A/R not working, it is making it difficult to remember to post...

Good morning, Roy... nice of the museum to provide notification. However, now that they've established that the death rate from this virus is just 0.03% it's really time to start opening things up with logical restrictions.
