Cleaning Your Home Using Vinegar and Water

Collectively we’re experiencing an entirely new level of importance put on cleanliness. That said, it’s also become increasingly more difficult to find tried and true cleaning products at the store. In response, we’ve come up with a list of tasks you can tackle with vinegar to keep everything in your house spic and span!

What not to clean – Because of its chemical make up avoid waxed woods, rubber, natural stone, granite, cast iron and aluminum.

Rust – Rusty tools will appreciate a straight vinegar bath. Simply submerge all your rusty items into a pail and let them soak. Use a brush to clean them.

Glass and mirrors – Prepare a mixture of one part vinegar and one part water and pour into a spray bottle. Spray glass surfaces and wipe off with a reusable cloth.  Read More:
