Our Re/Max office is moving from Brandon

By
Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Acr Elite Group

Our company Re/Max Acr Elite group   www.Armandoruiz.remax.com  has moved the Brandon, Fl. 33511 . The company had 4 offices, 3 in Hillsborough county and one in Pinellas county. Like many real estate offices the company is facing some challenging times in the Tampa bay real estate market.

This agent is not immune to the slump but is happy to report that the most activity in the eastern Hillsboroug county area has been in the under 200,000 single family homes. there is still a good bit of little or no money down fianacning with the FHA  programs that are helping the first time home buyers. Sellers are willing to entertain more concessions to buyers.

The best idea for pricing listings today seems to be to be bargain priceded and then be the best bargain in the basket!

Good luck Armando.  Scott, are you sure RE/MAX International isn't working with this franchisee? I am with RE/MAX as well and in my area don't find the fees a problem.
