On May 18, 2020 California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values unchanged 0.0% to the price of $435,000 in April of 2020 from price of $435,000 in March of 2020, but up 2.8% from price of $305,000 in April of 2019. While, homes sales fell 16.7% in April of 2020 from in March of 2020, and decreased 24.2% from April of 2019 in Riverside County, California.
There were 3.9 months supplies of available inventory of homes in April of 2020 gained from 2.9 months in March of 2020, but declined from 4.1 months in April of 2019. An average it took 24.0 days to sell a home in April 2020, lower from 29.0 days in March of 2020, and dropped from 39.0 days in April of 2019, in Riverside County, California.
