WOOHOO!!! That's the word for today! 

Why, You say?

My barbershop of choice is now open for business and I only have to wait 1-week to get in. I figured it would be much longer than that. Everything is done by appointment, which means when I get there I get right into the chair. No waiting!! LOL

 

Then, today, I was informed the appraisal came back positive for one of my buyers.

Next, the lawnmower started, for its first use of the year, on the First pull!

 

OH!!! And NECCO Wafers are making a comeback after a 2-year disappearance! WOOHOO!!!

Sometimes it's the little things in life that can make your day.

We are good Doug, yesterday Los Angeles & Beverly Hills had a curfew you know like in Communist Countries 8:30pm to 5:00 am.... one of my showings was canceled by the buyer because looters broke into their Jewelry Store on Melrose Blvd.... other than that all good, Endre

Doug Dawes - I hope you still get to keep your hair appointment. With all the ruckus this past weekend, I'm guessing there will be a lot of cancellations and appointments. I have a dentist appointment tomorrow - waiting to find out if they'll be open. Isn't it sad how one man (police man) can change the course of history for everyone? Actions really, really do matter!

Doug Dawes - I would really like to see all Christians (doesn't matter what religion) walk in a Procession in lieu of a 4th of July Parade, social distance apart, pray in silence or out loud, and sing hymns. Perhaps some band playing spiritual music too.

I had to wait for 1-week for the barbershop but yesterday I got my first haircut since January. Then I had to adjust the strap on my ballcap...lol
