For the past couple of months, the Houston Association of Realtors has discouraged agents from holding in-person open houses. Open house postings have not been allowed on the MLS, and HAR has instead promoted virtual open houses.
As things have begun to re-open in the area, HAR is now allowing open house postings on the MLS, as long as agents take precautions.
I will be hosting two open houses this weekend. On Saturday, I will be assisting my business partner with an open house at 5596 Bright Timber Landing Drive in Spring, TX.
On Sunday, you will find me at an open house at 2324 S. Venice Drive, in Pearland, TX.
At both opens, we will be social distancing, wearing face masks, and providing hand sanitizer for everyone who stops by. We will only be allowing one set of visitors in the house at one time.
We are adapting to the circumstances as needed.
The great news is that homes in the Houston area are selling, there are plenty of buyers out there looking, and prices are holding steady!
