More Saturday Smiles: Turkey Mamma!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants DRE00893924

This morning as we were driving up to Santa Ynez to enjoy a sit down breakfast at the Baker's Table, we spotted creature activity in our lane 30 feet ahead.

We stopped and saw this Turkey Mamma with 5 little poults (that is the name baby turkeys are given). I thought you would like to know in case Wayne Martin has it in his Trivia Questions posts one of these days.

Turkey Mama aka Hen or if she is young Jenny moved into the bushes next to the road.  With her brood now hidden, she posed for this picture...

Wishing you an abundance of Saturday Smiles, and a delightful Sunday!

Cheers,

Ron & Alexandra

We have a lot of Wild Turkeys along the American River Parkway, just a couple blocks from my home.  Every once in awhile, one will make its way up to my front lawn.

Soon they will be roaming all over town looking for food. At our local bank there is a hill, I did not realize deer live up there. Sometimes they walk around the parking lot. Often they come after dark.
