264 listings Sold in the last 30 days.
Average sales price was $176,598.
103 was the average days on market (DOM).
There were 101 new Active listings this past week, with List prices ranging from $12,900 to $2,899,000.
37 listings went Under Contract (Contingent/Option), with list prices ranging from $45,900 to $725,000.
65 listings moved closer to closing (Pending), with List prices ranging from $$9,900 to $$800,000.
63 listings Sold, with Sold prices ranging from $10,000 to $1,350,000. WOW! A sale for that much! How exciting!
47 listings Expired from the market, with List prices ranging from $16,900 to $850,000.
And 27 listings went Inactive (Cancelled/Withdrawn), with List prices ranging from $35,000 to $325,000.
For the 63 listings that Sold, 25.4% were on the market for 30 days or less, and 23.8% were on the market for 120+ days. For the 30 day or less category, the average sales price to list price ratio was 101.4 %. For the 120+ day category, the average sales price to list price ratio was 93.2%.
Wow, so for homes on the market 30 days or less, we are still getting list price or above. That is exciting in the St Louis market.
